Albina Tumarkin
Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
In my work, I bring my clinical experience and focus on listening without judgment, understanding with empathy, and warmly accepting everyone just as they are. I believe that every person has their own special strengths, and I feel grateful to help them discover and use these strengths.
I use different methods to help people from all backgrounds, no matter their age, race, sexual orientation, or even their taste in music and dance! My goal is to find the best way to help each person, using various techniques like Expressive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness.
The insights gained from my clinical experience underscore the importance of the therapeutic relationship and the cultivation of hope as cornerstones of effective therapy. These elements are central, regardless of the techniques employed, in guiding clients towards positive life changes. My approach is always client-centered, focusing on the unique path of each individual toward self-awareness, growth, and fulfillment.
